Lynn Norris is the Founder and Principal of Authentic Yacht Charters, a
premier yacht charter management firm and clearinghouse headquartered in
Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With more than a decade of experience in the
yachting industry, Lynn is recognized for her exceptional proficiency in
yacht charter operations, sales support, and financial management.

Throughout her career, Lynn has held senior roles with respected industry
leaders, including Select Yachts, Luke Brown Yachts, The Yacht Vacation
Company, and Silent Yacht USA. Her expertise encompasses charter accounting,
owner and fleet financial reporting, crew payroll, tax compliance, yacht
manufacturing accounting, resale documentation, escrow services management,
and transactional support for yacht sales and acquisitions.

A licensed CPA and graduate of Penn State University, Lynn pairs deep
financial knowledge with operational insight, offering yacht owners and
charter clients a seamless, end-to-end management experience. Her
detail-oriented approach and commitment to transparency ensure that every
booking, report, and sale is executed with precision and professionalism.

Lynn is also active with the American Yacht Charter Association (AYCA),
where she provides accounting services and contributes to strategic industry
initiatives. Multilingual in English and Spanish, she is well-equipped to
